How do I clean my E-SKN PRO?

Wash your device under a tap with soap and warm water. Allow your device to air dry. ( To speed up the drying process you can pat the device dry using a lint free cloth or towel )

DO NOT WASH YOUR DEVICE IN A DISHWASHER!

Can I use my E-SKN PRO in the bath or shower?

We DO NOT recommend using your device in the bath or shower. The E-SKN PRO is IPX7 water-resistant meaning it is safe to use with water and to be cleaned under a running tap but is not designed to be submerged in water for long periods.

Do I need to charge my E-SKN PRO before It's first use?

Yes! We do recommend charging your device fully before your first full use. Your E-SKN PRO will arrive with a test straight out of the box charge, but this is entended to explore your device and its functions not for completing your skincare routine.

How do I know when my device is fully charged?

While charging, your device will illuminate the LED Light Ring with White light. When the ring is completely White your device is ready to use.
